A keen sense for the right cuts

Tim is a virtuoso at the piano – his speciality is his keen sense of timing and his feel for the keystroke. Find out how this benefits his apprenticeship as a butcher at Real.

Tim has been a passionate piano player ever since he was seven years old. The fact that his hobby requires a sensitive interplay between all fingers is the thing that fascinates him the most about the instrument. Although it might be surprising, this dexterity comes in handy in Tim’s apprenticeship as a butcher. After all, when carving and
filleting, every cut needs to be perfect. However, the apprentice has even more fun in his everyday contact with customers. Giving them delicious recipes or preparation tips and whetting their appetites with his expertise in drumsticks and entrecotes is music to Tim’s ears.
