A flexible organisational wizard

Off into the wide world – that’s Sophia’s motto. Find out why that fits perfectly with her vocational training at METRO LOGISTICS.

Planning routes, discovering new things, seeing new countries: Sophia’s hobby is travelling. Whether it’s Germany, the Europe, or Asia, the 21-year-old likes to consider the bigger picture. In her vocational training in forwarding and logistics services, everything depends on mobility and perfect coordination. At METRO LOGISTICS, Sophia’s responsibilities include the vehicle fleet.
She plans the drivers’ shifts, organises en-route matters and offers support when problems arise – for instance, when goods weren’t properly loaded. Detailed coordination is the name of the game, and it’s also Sophia’s favourite task. And when she comes home from work, her plans continue – in this case, for her next trip to Asia.
