Review your résumé

We'll ask questions about your qualifications and experience based on what you've told us in your résumé. Make sure you know what it says and whether there have been any changes since you sent it to us.

Review the role competencies

Our interviews are competency-based. It's not always about right or wrong answers, but how you approach the question. Consider how you can structure your answers to the job requirements, and recall relevant examples of situations you've faced and what you learned from them.

Ask us questions

A job interview should be a two-way conversation - and a two-way assessment. Think of any questions you might want to ask us, whether they're about our people, the job specifics, employment terms or more.

After your interview

If you have been successful in your application, we'll soon welcome you to METRO GROUP. You'll receive a verbal offer from your recruiter and, if you accept, we'll quickly follow up with a written letter of offer. It will also give you information to help you prepare for your first day.

If you've not been successful with your application, this time, we'll contact you in writing. Please don't be discouraged by this outcome, though - we encourage you to keep checking back for opportunities with us.
