Shareholder Structure of METRO AG

The shareholder structure of METRO AG is as follows: the largest shareholders are the shareholder groups Haniel and Schmidt-Ruthenbeck. They pool in total 47.41% of the voting rights. Additional principal shareholder is Beisheim to whom 13.21% of the voting rights are to be attributed.

The free float remains at 39.38% and is held by a large number of international and national investors.
